My name is Harold Stewart, and I am a passionate and dedicated track and field coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes unlock their full potential. I am also a cofounder and board member of The Texas Collective Track & Field Club, a USATF-sanctioned 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a positive, honest, and supportive environment for athlete development.
As a USATF Level Two-certified coach specializing in sprinting, biomechanics, and speed development, I focus on developing not only athletic performance but also life skills such as perseverance, commitment, and overcoming adversity. I believe track and field is a powerful microcosm for life, and my goal is to inspire athletes to excel both on and off the track. My coaching philosophy is rooted in science and precision, drawing from my academic background in physics and engineering. I hold degrees in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering Management, which have equipped me with a unique ability to analyze performance, solve problems, and design innovative training programs tailored to each athlete’s needs. Currently, I am pursuing a certification in strength and conditioning to further enhance my expertise and provide my athletes with a comprehensive foundation for success.
In addition to coaching, I am a USATF Certified Official for USATF, UIL and NCAA.
