INSTRUCTIONS:

ASSOCIATION REGISTRATION - ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR BOTH USATF & AAU

1. USATF Registration - Youth Athlete $35

   Please register your athlete here: USATF.org. The Texas Collective Track & Field Club USATF Membership Number is 43-10287 and we’re associated with the Gulf Association of USATF.

   ***IMPORTANT*** Please upload the athlete(s) birth certificate into the USATF database. Go to Profile, select “Athlete Verification”, “Add Athlete Verification”, and upload a copy of the birth certificate. The athlete’s birth certificate must be uploaded to validate their eligibility. Athletes without a validated birth certificate will be disqualified from competition.

2. AAU - Youth Athlete $25

   Please register your athlete here: AAU Membership. The Texas Collective Track & Field Club AAU registration number W3FFYW.

CLUB REGISTRATION

The registration fee for athletes born in 2009 or later is $300. For athletes aged 17–18 (born in 2007–2008), the fee is $200. To complete your registration, please fill out the form below. All athletes must have a valid USATF & AAU Registration Number. If your athlete does not already have one, please visit USATF.org and AAU Membership to register. We look forward to welcoming you and helping your athlete reach their full potential! Registration fees are used for uniforms, facilities rentals, and other supplies needed for the athletes and the club.

Practice is located at Willow Wood Junior High School 11770 Gregson Rd, Tomball, TX 77377.

High School practices are Mondays & Wednesday from 6-8:00PM and Sundays at 2:00PM. Junior High and below practices are Tuesday & Thursday from 6-8:00PM
